Shipping Information
How Delivery Works
We source products from many suppliers. Depending on where a product comes from, delivery is handled in one of two ways:
- Imported products & Gumtree (Temu, AliExpress, Ubuy, Gumtree) are shipped via The Courier Guy to your door, a Pudo locker, or available for collection at our premises.
- South African suppliers (Makro, Takealot, Game, etc.) handle their own delivery directly to you at a flat delivery fee per supplier.
Free Delivery
Many suppliers offer free delivery when your order from that supplier meets their minimum threshold (typically R500). Your cart will show you exactly how much more you need to add to qualify. If you're below the threshold, a flat delivery fee applies.
Courier Guy Delivery Options
For imported products and Gumtree items, The Courier Guy offers:
Exact rates are quoted at checkout based on your address and parcel weight.
Delivery Times
- Imported products: 7-14 business days (international shipping + Courier Guy local delivery)
- SA supplier products: 2-5 business days (varies by supplier)
- Collection at premises: Available once your order has arrived and been inspected
Shipping Areas
We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Courier Guy covers all major areas, and SA-based suppliers ship directly to your address.
- Gauteng (Pretoria, Johannesburg, Midrand)
- Western Cape (Cape Town, Stellenbosch)
- KwaZulu-Natal (Durban, Pietermaritzburg)
- Other major cities and surrounding areas
Order Tracking
Courier Guy orders include tracking. SA supplier orders are tracked by the supplier directly. You'll be notified when your order ships and when it's ready for collection or out for delivery.
